Juanga Universe operates Juanga Universe and is the data controller for the personal data described here. This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
What we collect and why
- Account details (email address, sign-in credentials or Google account identifier) — to create and secure your account. Legal basis: contract.
- Credit balance and purchase records (pack bought, date, transaction reference) — to provide the credits you paid for. Legal basis: contract and legal obligation.
- Product specs you submit and the posts we generate — sent to our AI provider to write your posts, and stored as your drafts so you can edit, approve and copy them. You can delete drafts at any time. Legal basis: contract.
- Technical data (IP address, device and browser information, logs) — for security, fraud prevention and keeping the Service working. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
- Support messages — to help you. Legal basis: legitimate interests.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that host the app, store account data and drafts, and run the AI model that writes posts.
- Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of credit packs, payments, tax compliance and invoicing. Paddle processes your payment details under its own privacy policy.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed.
- Authorities where required by law.
Some providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted or anonymised within 90 days after you ask us to close it. Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Contact us via the email on your receipt and we'll respond within one month.
Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections, access controls and restricted access to account data.
Cookies
We only use essential browser storage to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
