These terms govern your use of Juanga Universe (the "Service"), an AI tool that turns product specifications into draft social media posts for the product's maker. The Service is operated by Juanga Universe ("we", "us"). When you use the Service you are contracting with Juanga Universe.
By creating an account or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be of legal age in your country to use the Service. Keep your sign-in details confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
New accounts receive 5 free credits. Finding buyer outcomes is free. Each content generation uses one credit: a set of social posts, a story article, a buying guide, or product-page copy. Additional credits are sold only as one-time packs: Launch Pack (50 credits for $79), Growth Pack (120 credits for $159), and Catalog Revamp Pack (300 credits for $299). Prices are in USD before applicable tax. Credits never expire and packs stack, with no recurring charges. Credits are tied to your account and are lost if you delete it. If a generation fails or does not complete, its credit is returned automatically.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.
You must not misuse the Service. In particular you must not:
Posts are produced by artificial intelligence and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are drafts for your review, not professional, financial, legal, safety or engineering advice. You are responsible for checking every post before you publish it, for the specs and copy you submit, for having the right to submit any content you paste, and for what you publish. Claims about your products must be accurate and comply with the advertising and consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
You keep any rights you have in what you submit, and you may use the posts you generate. You grant us a limited licence to process your input solely to provide the Service. Rights-holders who believe content infringes their rights can contact us to request removal; we may suspend accounts that repeatedly infringe.
We may filter, refuse or remove content, and restrict or suspend accounts, to enforce these terms or keep the Service safe.
Juanga Universe owns the Service, including its software, design, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these terms.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses (such as lost profits, data or goodwill), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use of the Service or breach of these terms.
We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using the Service at any time. When access ends, unused credits lapse except where a refund is due under our Refund Policy, and your account data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. You may not transfer your account without our consent; we may assign these terms in a merger or acquisition. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Juanga Universe is established, and disputes go to its courts.
